# Use the apps

Find guidance for the Dialogue Cloud apps you use every day.

Use this section to handle customer conversations, supervise activity, and review contact center performance. Choose the app or task that matches your role and environment.

For current app roles, connect-model differences, and Snapper replacement guidance, see [Compare client experiences](/use/compare-client-experiences.md).

## Handle conversations

| If you want to... | Start here |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Handle voice and text dialogues, work with customer records, or supervise active dialogues | [WebAgent](/use/handle-conversations/webagent.md) |
| Use suggestions and assistant output while handling conversations in WebAgent | [Dialogue AI Assist](/use/handle-conversations/dialogue-ai-assist.md) |

## Monitor and report

| If you want to... | Start here |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Monitor queues, agents, skills, and active dialogues in real time | [Dialogue Workspace](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-workspace.md) |
| Review real-time or historic contact center performance                         | [Dialogue Insights](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-insights.md)                         |
| Review historical Call Detail Records in an existing or transitional deployment | [Power BI Template](/use/monitor-and-report/power-bi-template.md) |
| Review call-summary records and unanswered calls in SharePoint | [Call summary and missed calls](/use/monitor-and-report/call-summary-and-missed-calls.md) |

For a reporting task, first choose the tool above. The [Dialogue Insights access and dashboard guide](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-insights.md) links customer-group access and regional report entry points. If the deployment retains a customer SQL CDR database, use [Power BI Template setup](/platform-administration/reporting-administration/reporting/set-up-power-bi-template.md), then the [template dashboards and measurements](/use/monitor-and-report/power-bi-template.md).

Sharing and subscription instructions for a customer-managed Power BI report do not establish the same capabilities in Dialogue Insights. Follow the guidance for the selected reporting tool.

## Existing Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) apps

The following apps remain documented for existing Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) deployments:

* [Snapper](/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/snapper.md)
* [Wallboard](/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/wallboard.md)
* [Web Wallboard](/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/web-wallboard.md)

Each app page explains its scope, prerequisites, and available guidance. If an app or feature is not available in your environment, contact your administrator.

For operator-console setup, daily use, reporting, and support, go to [Attendant Console](https://atlas.anywhere.now/attendant-console/).

## Set up or support an app

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
