# Dialogue Workspace

Use Dialogue Workspace to monitor real-time contact center activity.

Dialogue Workspace gives supervisors a real-time view of contact center activity. Use it to monitor queue health, agent availability, and active dialogues during the day.

## Before you start

You need access to Dialogue Workspace and to the contact centers you want to monitor.

If you cannot sign in or your contact center is missing, first contact your company's contact-center administrator. Dashboard access does not by itself establish permission to listen to or intervene in a conversation.

## Open Dialogue Workspace

Open the Dialogue Workspace URL for your region:

* EMEA: <https://app.emea.anywhere.now/dialoguecloud/dashboard/overview>
* APAC: <https://app.apac.anywhere.now/dialoguecloud/dashboard/overview>
* NORA: <https://app.nora.anywhere.now/dialoguecloud/dashboard/overview>

## What you can monitor

## Work in Dialogue Workspace

Use these common controls while monitoring:

* Use the **Contact centers** selector to switch between one contact center and **All** contact centers.
* Use the **Filter** field above a table to find a skill, agent, or dialogue.
* Select **Customize columns** to choose which table columns you want to see.
* Select a row in **Agents** or **Dialogues** to open the details panel.
* Start on **Overview** to spot issues, then open **Skills**, **Agents**, or **Dialogues** to investigate.

## Monitor details without joining a call

When an active conversation is selected, Dialogue Workspace can show a **Monitor** action. Use it to inspect dialogue details. It does **not** join call audio, offer a call invitation, or start Listen, Whisper, Talk, or TakeOver.

1. Open **Agents** or **Dialogues** and select the relevant row.
2. Review the active-call details and use **Monitor** where available to inspect the dialogue.
3. Close the details panel with **X** when finished. There is no supervisor audio connection to disconnect.

For call listening or intervention, use the separately configured [WebAgent supervisor workflow](/use/handle-conversations/webagent/supervise-webagent.md). Check its connect-model, bundle, and access requirements before joining a call.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-workspace.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
