# Filter the Web Wallboard view

Filter Web Wallboard by UCC, call type, skill, or offline-agent visibility with URL parameters.

You can use the Web Wallboard URL to specify the information that you want to display. Format the URL with parameters to choose information from a specific UCC and specify which information is visible.

Use this URL format:

```
[your-Web-Wallboard-URL]?[filtername]=[value]&[filtername]=[value]
```

Start with the Web Wallboard URL. Start the first parameter with `?` and add every additional parameter separated with `&`.

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?calltype=inbound&calltype=outbound
```

In this example:

* `https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/` points the browser to the Web Wallboard web application.
* `?calltype=inbound&calltype=outbound` specifies that both inbound and outbound calls should be displayed.

{% hint style="info" %}
All URL parameters can be combined, except `showskill` and `hideskill`, which are opposites.
{% endhint %}

## UCC parameter

A specific UCC can be provided through the URL. This overrides the UCC in the Web Wallboard configuration (`defaultUccName`).

| Field            | Value                        |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------- |
| Parameter name   | `ucc`                        |
| Possible values | Any of your UCC names |
| Usage constraint | Use this parameter only once |

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?ucc=ucc_servicedesk
```

## Statistics parameter

The statistics counters, except SLA, can be filtered by `calltype`.

By default, all values include inbound, outbound, and direct audio conversations.

| Field           | Value                           |
| --------------- | ------------------------------- |
| Parameter name  | `calltype`                      |
| Possible values | `inbound`, `outbound`, `direct` |

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?calltype=inbound&calltype=outbound
```

## Skill parameters

Service levels can be filtered by skill. By default, all skills within a UCC are shown.

### `showskill`

Use `showskill` to show only selected skills.

| Field           | Value                         |
| --------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Parameter name  | `showskill`                   |
| Possible values | Any of the skills in your UCC |

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?showskill=servicedesk&showskill=sales
```

In this example, only the `servicedesk` and `sales` skills are visible in the Service Levels.

### `hideskill`

Use `hideskill` to hide selected skills.

| Field           | Value                         |
| --------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Parameter name  | `hideskill`                   |
| Possible values | Any of the skills in your UCC |

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?hideskill=servicedesk&hideskill=sales
```

In this example, all skills of your UCC except `servicedesk` and `sales` are visible in the Service Levels.

## Agent parameter

### `hideofflineagents`

Use `hideofflineagents` to control whether offline agents are shown.

| Field                        | Value                                      |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Parameter name               | `hideofflineagents`                        |
| Default value                | `false`                                    |
| Value to hide offline agents | `true`                                     |
| Effect | Hides agents whose presence is **Offline** |

Example:

```
https://<guid>-<service-number>.<region>.anywhere365.cloud/webwallboard/?hideofflineagents=true
```

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/web-wallboard/filter-web-wallboard-view.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
