# Use Web Wallboard

Use Web Wallboard to monitor real-time UCC status for existing Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) services.

Web Wallboard displays important Unified Contact Center (UCC) status information in real time. It provides a graphical dashboard for information such as available agents, calls in queue, average wait times, and selected service-level statistics.

{% hint style="info" %}
Web Wallboard is in maintenance mode and no longer receives new feature development. Existing deployments remain supported for maintenance and critical/security fixes. Web Wallboard is not available for Dialogue Cloud Neo (Unify). Use [Dialogue Workspace](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-workspace.md) for Unify.

## What Web Wallboard shows

The Web Wallboard dashboard displays realtime information about agents and audio-only queues for a selected UCC. It also provides up-to-date service-level agreement (SLA) statistics for that UCC.

The dashboard contains these sections:

* **Statistics Overview**: Daily statistics such as accepted conversations, missed conversations, waiting conversations, and average wait times.
* **Skill Service level overview**: Per-skill SLA percentage and realtime queue or agent statistics.
* **Agent Overview**: Agents grouped by reason code.

## Where to continue

* To understand the dashboard panels and metric definitions, see [Understand Web Wallboard statistics](/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/web-wallboard/understand-web-wallboard-statistics.md).
* To show a specific UCC, call type, skill set, or agent presence view by URL parameter, see [Filter the Web Wallboard view](/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/web-wallboard/filter-web-wallboard-view.md).
* To request Web Wallboard, secure access, or understand update behavior, see [Request and secure Web Wallboard](/platform-administration/maintenance-mode-applications/request-and-secure-web-wallboard.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/web-wallboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
