# Wallboard views reference

Understand Wallboard views and the values they show.

Wallboard views show real-time UCC, skill, agent, call-history, SLA, and reason-code information. The exact view you see depends on how Wallboard is configured for your organization.

Wallboard uses simplified statistics compared with SQL CDR database-based Power BI reports and [Dialogue Insights](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-insights.md) reporting, so values may not match one-to-one.

## View 1: Default

The default view adapts to the current conversation load:

* Low load shows up to 10 concurrent conversations.
* High load shows up to 30 concurrent conversations.

The top area shows skills that have `ShowOnWallboard` enabled. It can show queue percentage, available-agent icons per skill, or available-agent names per skill.

The center area shows calls connected to the UCC, including incoming calls, queued calls without agents, queued calls being hunted, calls connected to an agent, and calls in Quality Monitor.

## Why Wallboard values can differ from reports

Wallboard is designed for a real-time operational view. It simplifies some statistics compared with SQL CDR database-based Power BI reports and [Dialogue Insights](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-insights.md) reporting.

For example:

* Dialogue Insights distinguishes between missed and quick-drop conversations. Wallboard combines them as missed.
* Dialogue Insights distinguishes between inbound, direct, and outbound conversations. Wallboard combines them.
* Dialogue Insights distinguishes between hunts and forwards. Wallboard combines them.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/wallboard/views-reference.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
