# Snapper user guides

Use Snapper with Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect).

Snapper extends Microsoft Teams with AnywhereNow information for agents and supervisors in Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect). It is available for existing customers who use Snapper with Microsoft Teams.

{% hint style="info" %}
Snapper is in maintenance mode and no longer receives new feature development. Existing deployments remain supported for maintenance and critical/security fixes. Snapper is not available for the Unify connect model of Dialogue Cloud Neo. Use [WebAgent](/use/handle-conversations/webagent.md) for agent interactions and [Dialogue Workspace](/use/monitor-and-report/dialogue-workspace.md) for real-time supervision and operational dashboards. See [Compare client experiences](/use/compare-client-experiences.md) before planning a replacement.
{% endhint %}

Use Snapper to:

* View real-time dashboard information for the selected UCC (Unified Contact Center).
* See agent presence, pictures, names, and reason codes when available.
* Review current and queued conversations for the selected UCC.
* Use agent and supervisor controls when your role and configuration allow them.
* Change user-visible Snapper settings.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/use/existing-dialogue-cloud-neo-connect-apps/snapper.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
