# Product reference

Product reference, examples, and troubleshooting information for Dialogue Cloud Neo.

Use this gateway to find stable product definitions and the right configure, use, or troubleshoot guidance. For shared terminology and deployment boundaries, use the canonical [Key Terms](/key-terms.md) and [Design, Planning, and Limits](/set-up-dialogue-cloud-neo/design-planning-limits.md) pages.

For operator-console product definitions and technical reference, go to [Attendant Console](https://atlas.anywhere.now/attendant-console/).

## Choose by need

### Build or investigate a Dialogue Studio flow

Use the [Dialogue Studio example flows](/product-reference/dialogue-studio/dialogue-studio-example-flows.md) scenario gallery when you need a starter pattern. It groups 12 individual scenario pages (Basic, Advanced, Integrations, and Tricks) that each include prerequisites, an importable flow where one exists, node-by-node configuration steps, and verification steps. Use [Dialogue Studio transcript limitation after agent handoff](/product-reference/dialogue-studio/dialogue-studio-faq-and-troubleshooting.md) when an invite or transfer transcript records only the first agent.

To configure flows, go to [Via Dialogue Studio](/contact-center-configuration/building-your-callflow/via-dialogue-studio.md). For runtime investigations, go directly to [Troubleshoot Dialogue Studio](/contact-center-configuration/building-your-callflow/via-dialogue-studio/troubleshoot-dialogue-studio.md).

### Interpret Power BI Template data

Use the [Power BI Template data reference](/product-reference/reporting-and-power-bi/power-bi-template-data-reference.md) to look up calculations, tables, and source fields.

To configure the template, go to [Set up the Power BI Template](/platform-administration/reporting-administration/reporting/set-up-power-bi-template.md). To use its reports and measurements, go to [Power BI Template](/use/monitor-and-report/power-bi-template.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/product-reference/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
