AnywhereNow provides products and services through different lifecycle phases. As technology, business needs, third-party dependencies, and product strategy change, older products or components may no longer meet current requirements. Use this page to understand lifecycle phase definitions and the currently published lifecycle dates for affected products, components, dependencies, and standards. {% hint style="info" %} AnywhereNow may revise these guidelines and dates from time to time. Confirm lifecycle-sensitive decisions with your AnywhereNow representative or support contact before planning a migration, renewal, or decommissioning activity. {% endhint %} ## Phase definitions | Phase | Definition | | ---------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | End of Sale (EoS) | The last date that a product is available for sale through AnywhereNow. When possible, AnywhereNow may offer a newer revision of the same product or provide recommendations on a migration strategy. AnywhereNow attempts to notify customers six months before products go End of Sale through this page and partner communications. End of Sale can be conducted across two stages: End of New Sales and End of Renewals. | | End of Software Maintenance (EoSM) | The date that AnywhereNow stops providing enhancements or fixes for a product or function that is in the End of Service Life phase. Support is limited to setup or configuration items. During the EoSM period, AnywhereNow continues to provide security patches for critical issues only, at its sole discretion. | | End of Service Life (EoSL) | The last date to receive service and support for the product, feature, or functionality. After this date, support, services, or functionality are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. Software and product-related information can be removed from the AnywhereNow support website. | ## Service categories The following service categories can be considered for End of Sale, End of Software Maintenance, and End of Service Life announcements.
