# Request a Workforce Management plugin

Request a Dialogue Cloud Workforce Management plugin through the documented OnePortal installation-request procedure.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Use this procedure to request a Dialogue Cloud Workforce Management plugin, not to install an on-premises plugin. A connection-specific WFM integration license and certified partner activation in OnePortal are required. Confirm the integration and bundle applicable to your environment.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Note

A WFM integration license specific to each connection is required.
{% endhint %}

To install the Workforce Management the following steps need to be made.

## Request WFM Plugin Installation

After a successful license purchase, installation of the WFM Plugin can be requested through your certified AnywhereNow Partner who can activate in in AnywhereNow OnePortal.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Warning

Only **one** WFM plugin should be selected/configured **per UCC**. Selecting both plugins on a single UCC will make neither plugin work and is not a supported scenario.
{% endhint %}

## Next Steps, Configure the WFM Plugin

Depending on the WFM platform being used a specific set of configuration details needs to be provided to match your platforms requirements and your specific needs.

Select your matching WFM platform to continue:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://atlas.anywhere.now/channels-integrations/workforce-management/request-plugin-installation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
